Toll样受体(Toll like receptors,TLRs)是一类跨膜受体家族,在先天性免疫反应和获得性免疫反应中都发挥关键作用。TLR4是最早被发现的TLR,能识别脂多糖和器官损伤后释放的内源性配体。越来越多的研究证实,TLR4及其介导的信号通路与病理性心脏重构密切相关。本文系统综述了TLR4在压力超负荷或高血压所致心脏重构、缺血/再灌注(I/R)或心肌梗死(MI)后心脏重构和糖尿病心脏重构中的作用及相关机制的研究进展。
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a family of transmembrane receptors that play a key role in the innate and adaptive immune responses. TLR4 is the earliest discovered TLR that recognizes lipopolysaccharide and endogenous ligand released after organ damage. More and more studies confirm that TLR4 and its signaling pathways are closely related to pathological cardiac remodeling.
