在时代快速进步的今天,很多文化的出现都对传统的文化领域造成了较大的冲击,与此同时,人们的思想观念也出现了较大的变化。在众多的文化当中,同性恋的现象成为了社会上重点关注的内容。从主观的角度来分析,社会对同性恋的排斥程度仍然是比较高的,有些地方也出现了强烈的排斥活动。但作为主观文化的体现,同性恋的法律地位正在悄然的发生变化。文章针对中西同性恋法律地位变化展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
With the rapid progress of the times, many cultures have caused a great impact on the traditional cultural fields. At the same time, people’s ideas have also undergone great changes. Among the many cultures, the phenomenon of homosexuality has become the focus of society’s attention. From a subjective point of view, the social exclusion of homosexuality is still relatively high, and in some places there has also been a strong exclusionary activity. However, as a manifestation of subjective culture, the legal status of homosexuality is quietly changing. The article discusses the change of legal status between Chinese and western homosexuals and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
