目的对湘西州2012年手足口病检测结果进行病原学及流行特征分析,为本州手足口病的防治提供依据方法采用Real-time PCR法对1 123例手足口病患者咽拭子标本进行病毒核酸检测。结果肠道病毒通用型性率65.27%,其中HEV-A71型阳性率35.17%;CVA-16阳性率5.43%;其他肠道病毒型阳性率24.67%,流行季节现两个高峰,3-6月为主高峰,其次为10-11月。男女性别为:1.56:1,年龄以0~3岁婴幼儿为主。HEV-A71经测序列为C4A,CVA-16测序序列为B,其他肠道病毒经测序鉴定的种类有CVA4、CVA6、CVA10、CVB3、ECH030、CVB5结论 2012年湘西州手足口病,HEV-A71型和其他肠道病毒型是手足口病流行的主要病原。
Objective To analyze the etiological and epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease in Xiangxi in 2012 and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in this state. The sequence of HEV-A71 was C4A and the sequence of CVA-16 was B. The sequences of other enteroviruses were identified as CVA4, CVA6, CVA10, CVB3, ECH030 and CVB5. Conclusion HFMD, HEV-A71 Type and other enteroviruses are the major pathogens of HFMD epidemics.
