目的:探讨细节管理在妇产科ICU护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取宁海县妇幼保健院妇产科ICU2014年10月~2016年9月收治的132例患者,按实施细节管理时间界点分为两组,各66例。对照组实施常规妇产科ICU护理管理,观察组采用细节管理,比较两组护理管理质量及患者和家属满意度。结果:观察组护理管理质量和基础护理质量评分分别为(93.59±5.07)分、(95.28±4.11)分,与对照组比较均显著上升(P<0.01)。观察组患者及家属对护理质量、服务态度、环境方面的满意度分别为95.45%、96.97%、93.94%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科ICU采用细节管理能提升护理服务质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of detail management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology ICU. Methods: A total of 132 patients admitted to Ninghai Maternity and Child Health Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit from October 2014 to September 2016 were divided into two groups according to the time point of implementation details management (66 cases). The control group underwent routine obstetrics and gynecology ICU nursing management. The observation group adopted the detail management. The quality of nursing management and the satisfaction of patients and their families were compared. Results: The scores of quality of nursing management and basic nursing in observation group were (93.59 ± 5.07) and (95.28 ± 4.11) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The satisfaction degree of the patients and their relatives in the observation group was 95.45%, 96.97% and 93.94% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology ICU use of detail management can improve the quality of nursing services, improve patient satisfaction.
