为防止青光眼滤过术后滤过泡的瘢痕化，对２０例２２只青光眼滤过术后，结膜下注射低剂量高三尖杉酯碱。术后功能性滤过泡的形成为９０．９％，术后眼压均值为２．０４±０．６８ｋＰａ（１ｋＰａ＝７．５ｍｍＨｇ），与对照组比较差异有非常显著性（Ｐ≤０．０１）。结果提示：低剂量高三尖杉酯碱毒副作用小，可抑制成纤维细胞的增殖，对促进功能性滤过泡的形成，提高手术成功率有一定作用。
In order to prevent scarring of filtration bleb after glaucoma filtration, 20 cases of 22 glaucoma were filtered and injected with low dose of homoharringtonine under the conjunctiva. Postoperative functional filtration bleb formation was 90.9%, postoperative IOP was 2.04 ± 0.68kPa (1kPa = 7.5mmHg), compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P≤0. 01). The results suggest that low doses of homoharringtonine have little side effects and inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts, which play a role in promoting the formation of functional filtration bleb and improving the success rate of surgery.
