现代建筑的外围护结构中玻璃幕墙占相当大比重,其结构形式广泛在现代土木工程建筑中应用,玻璃幕墙具有外形美观,采光保温性能良好,结构形式新颖等优点。玻璃幕墙的质量必须满足规范中的三性要求,其中抗风压性能尤为重要,存在的质量问题也比较突出。玻璃幕墙采用的玻璃是一种脆性材料,其抗拉强度远远小于其抗压强度,在风压作用下其变形远远小于幕墙其他结构部件的变形,因而对玻璃的挠度控制就尤为重要,也是设计中必须特别注意的地方。
The glass curtain wall occupies a large proportion of the external envelope of modern architecture, and its structure is widely used in modern civil engineering buildings. The glass curtain wall has the advantages of beautiful appearance, good lighting and thermal insulation properties and novel structure. The quality of the glass curtain wall must meet the requirements of the three standards in the specification, among which the anti-wind pressure performance is particularly important and the existing quality problems are also outstanding. Glass used in glass curtain wall is a brittle material whose tensile strength is far less than its compressive strength. Its deformation under wind pressure is far less than deformation of other structural components of the curtain wall, so the deflection control of glass is especially important. It is also a place where special attention must be paid in design.
