目的观察牛磺酸锌(taurine-zinc coordination compound,TZC)对冷应激大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法采用冷浴法建立冷应激大鼠模型,大鼠被随机分为4组,每组10只。分别为正常对照组、正常水温组、单纯冷浴组和补TZC冷浴组。各组饲养30 d后,分别观察大鼠“Y”迷宫实验成绩。结果“Y”迷宫实验正确率:单纯冷浴大鼠较正常对照大鼠明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论TZC对冷应激造成的大鼠学习记忆能力下降具有明显拮抗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of taurine-zinc coordination compound (TZC) on learning and memory in cold stress rats. Methods A rat model of cold stress was established by cold bath. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group. They were normal control group, normal water temperature group, simple cold bath group and supplemented TZC cold bath group respectively. After each group was fed for 30 days, the experimental results of rats in “Y” maze were observed. Results “Y ” maze test accuracy rate: cold bath rats significantly decreased compared with normal control rats, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion TZC can significantly antagonize the decline of learning and memory in rats induced by cold stress.
