作者等在259例急、慢性白血病患者血和骨髓涂片中,应用硷性磷酸酶/抗硷性磷酸酶(APAAP)进行标记为白血病表型分型,并对其作用作了评价。认为应用此种方法能测定目前用于白血病诊断的所有细胞标记。方法和结果:大多数标本象常规血液检查一样制备,然后在空气中干燥2—18小时。白细胞计数低于5×10~9/1或必需进行表面免疫球蛋白标记者应离心制备单核细胞。大多数血片在制备后立刻进行染色,少数标本库存于-20℃铝箔中以后进行检查。
In 259 cases of acute and chronic leukemia in patients with blood and bone marrow smear, the use of alkaline phosphatase / alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) labeled leukemia phenotype, and its role was evaluated. It is believed that the application of this method allows the determination of all the cell markers currently used for the diagnosis of leukemia. Methods and Results: Most specimens were prepared as in a routine blood test and then allowed to air dry for 2-18 hours. Monocytes should be prepared by centrifugation if the white blood cell count is below 5 × 10 -9 / 1, or if surface immunoglobulin labeling is necessary. Most of the blood films were stained immediately after preparation, and a few samples were stored in -20 ℃ aluminum foil for later examination.
