一、发病经过 1991年6月25日消防××中队,从个体商贩刘×处购买酱牛肉7.5公斤,当晚56人聚餐。食后4小时首例发病,至6月27日共发病48人,聚餐者中3人未食牛肉,没有发病。发病者主要症状为头痛、头晕;恶心、呕吐,腹痛、腹泻,体温在37℃—39℃之间,其中47人住院治疗。 防疫站于6月26日晚11时接到报告后,即采样进行化验检查,共采集标本15份,其中便5份,食物际本3份,呕吐物2份,涂抹标本5份。
