These countries need to rapidly cross the difficult period of their early development and make the computerized management information system universal and efficient. However, developing countries and newly industrialized countries are now facing the same difficulties that the United States and other developed countries faced in the early years of computerization, such as the inefficient use of computing resources and the incomplete systematic development of a few specifications. By studying the history of the development of computerized management information systems in developed countries, developing countries can to a large extent
