HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产时加入较大比率的钒铁和锰铁合金对钢材的成本影响很大。为了降低成本,减少合金用量,利用轧后控冷工艺进行了HRB400钢筋性能的试验研究。结果表明,在合理控制冷却参数后,HRB400钢筋试样的金相组织主要为铁素体和珠光体,未发现贝氏体等硬化组织;这样,可提高钢筋的屈服强度15~30MPa,抗拉强度20~40MPa,而且产品表面质量有所改善。在产品质量满足标准的情况下,试验的HRB400钢筋吨钢成本降低。
