介绍了国外输气管道一级地区设计系数应用现状。分析了提高设计系数对天然气管道可靠性的影响,结果表明:尽管提高设计系数会导致管道失效概率和运行风险的提高,但仍在可接受的范围内。统计了西气东输二线用X80钢管性能情况,结果表明我国管材质量已经达到国际先进水平,为一级地区提高管道设计系数提供了前提条件。通过研究提出了0.8设计系数管材关键性能指标及质量控制要求。依托西气东输三线工程,加快开展0.8设计系数示范工程的建设及GB50251-2003《输气管道工程设计规范》的修订工作,为今后天然气管道采用0.8设计系数的全面工程化应用奠定基础。
The application status of the design coefficient of a gas pipeline in foreign countries is introduced. The effect of increasing the design factor on the reliability of natural gas pipeline is analyzed. The results show that although the increase of design factor leads to the increase of pipeline failure probability and operational risk, it is still within the acceptable range. The performance of X80 steel pipe for the second-west-east gas transmission project was analyzed. The results show that the quality of the pipe in our country has reached the international advanced level, which provides the prerequisites for improving the pipe design coefficient in the first level area. Through the research, the key performance index and quality control requirements of 0.8 design coefficient pipe are proposed. Relying on the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project, the construction of 0.8 Design Coefficient Demonstration Project and the revision of GB50251-2003 Gas Pipeline Project Design Code will be accelerated to lay the foundation for future comprehensive natural gas pipeline project with 0.8 engineering design coefficient.
