用均热化学气相渗透法(CAI)制备了一种单向碳/碳复合材料(C/C)。在保护气氛个测定了不同温度不同应力下的第一阶段蠕变行为。结果表明,第一阶段蠕变符合关系式ε_0=algt+b。由同一温度下不同应力的蠕变曲线簇获得等时蠕变图,进而绘制出第一阶段松弛曲线,用σ=σ_0t(-m)可较好地描述该松弛曲线。
A unidirectional carbon / carbon composite (C / C) was prepared by soaking chemical vapor infiltration (CAI). In the protective atmosphere, the first stage creep behavior under different stresses and temperatures was measured. The results show that the first stage creep complies with the relation ε_0 = algt + b. The isochronal creep diagram is obtained from the clusters of creep curves with different stresses at the same temperature, and then the first-stage relaxation curve is drawn. The relaxation curve can be well described by σ = σ_0t (-m).
