在生产中常见高产的番薯田都是叶子满满沟,但叶子满满沟的不一定都是高产的薯田。有些田茎叶生长看来很好,但挖起来却没有薯。所以光合物质的运转,这不仅是生产问题,也是一个研究课题。许多人对这个问题已做了很多工作。我们从1960年,也开始开展这项工作,本文就是这些研究材料整理写成的,这个课题目前仍在继续进行。一、叶片光合物质的生产与输出这是在大田以半叶法测定一昼夜间叶片光合物质的生产与输出情况,测定分见光与遮光二组。见光组测定光合物质生产率,遮光组测定光合物质输出率,分别在6、9、12、15、18、24时,进行测定,每组每次测定叶7片,每片打孔4个,共61.6厘米~2,烘干到恒重计算,
