目的探讨脑脊液VEGF水平在细菌性脑膜炎和病毒性脑膜炎中的诊断价值。方法对26例细菌性脑膜炎,29例病毒性脑膜炎和22例排除细菌性和病毒性脑膜炎的脑脊液VEGF水平进行检测。应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)进行评价,并采用直线回归方法进行相关性分析。结果细菌性脑膜炎组脑脊液VEGF水平明显高于病毒性脑膜炎组和对照组(P﹤0.01),病毒性脑膜炎组和对照组脑脊液VEGF水平无统计学差异。VEGF和白细胞计数联合诊断的灵敏度和特异度高于单项指标诊断。脑脊液VEGF和白细胞计数水平呈明显正相关,相关系数为0.5122(P﹤0.01)。结论脑脊液VEGF的检测可以用于对细菌性脑膜炎的鉴别诊断,可将其作为细菌性脑膜炎诊断的有益补充。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid VEGF in bacterial meningitis and viral meningitis. Methods 26 cases of bacterial meningitis, 29 cases of viral meningitis and 22 cases of bacterial and viral meningitis excluding cerebrospinal fluid VEGF levels were detected. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used for evaluation, and the linear regression method was used for correlation analysis. Results The level of VEGF in cerebrospinal fluid in bacterial meningitis group was significantly higher than that in viral meningitis group and control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in CSF VEGF between viral meningitis group and control group. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of VEGF and leukocyte count are higher than the single index diagnosis. Cerebrospinal fluid VEGF and leukocyte count showed a significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.5122 (P <0.01). Conclusion The detection of VEGF in cerebrospinal fluid can be used for the differential diagnosis of bacterial meningitis, which can be used as a useful supplement for the diagnosis of bacterial meningitis.
