为促进中部地区经济又好又快发展,中共中央特提出了“中部崛起”的战略方针,从而实现中部崛起的目标。本文以对中部重要省会城市长沙和武汉的实地调查走访所收集的真实信息为根据,浅谈“中部崛起”战略实施后中央以及地方所给予中部的一系列政策支持对于中部发展的推动作用力及其不足之处,旨在探索和研究推动中部崛起相关对策的实际意义和科学指导性。
In order to promote sound and rapid economic development in the central region, the CPC Central Committee has set forth its strategic guideline of “Rise of Central China” in order to achieve the goal of central China’s rise. This article is based on the real information collected during the fieldwork visits to Changsha and Wuhan which are the important capital cities in the central part of the world. It discusses the promotion effect of a series of policy support given by the central government and the central authorities to central China on the development of central China after the strategy of “Rise of Central China” The force and its inadequacies aim at exploring and studying the practical significance and scientific guidance of the countermeasures to promote the rise of Central China.
