目的了解大连市各级医疗机构消毒质量现状,探索存在的问题,加强医院感染控制,提高医疗机构消毒工作质量。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,2010-2012年对大连市辖区内部分医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果 2010-2012年共采样2 015份,合格1 840份,平均总合格率为91.32%;连续3年合格率依次为88.27%、93.04%和91.32%,三级、二级和一级医疗机构3年总合格率依次为93.67%、88.77%和86.71%。各监测项目中,压力蒸汽灭菌器、灭菌后物品和使用中消毒液合格率最高,均为100.00%,消毒后内镜合格率最低,为83.16%。结论大连市医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但基层医疗机构合格率较低,应当予以重视。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Dalian, to explore existing problems, to strengthen hospital infection control and improve the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions. Methods On-site sampling and laboratory testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection effects of some medical institutions in Dalian from 2010 to 2012. Results A total of 2 015 samples were obtained from 2010 to 2012, with a total of 1 840 samples passing the test. The average total pass rate was 91.32%. The pass rates for three consecutive years were 88.27%, 93.04% and 91.32% respectively. The third, second and first level medical institutions The total qualified rate in three years was 93.67%, 88.77% and 86.71% respectively. Among the monitoring items, the highest pass rate of the pressure steam sterilizer, the sterilized articles and the disinfectant in use was 100.00%, and the lowest rate of endoscopic sterilization after disinfection was 83.16%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Dalian is generally good, but the pass rate of primary medical institutions is relatively low, which should be taken seriously.
