本文用6种生物素化的凝集素对仓鼠颊囊正常上皮和实验性癌前损害和癌进行了组织化学研究.其结果表明:正常的仓鼠颊囊上皮有5种凝集素染色阳性,但在上皮各层的染色不同;对5种病变组织的染色发现,过度角化的凝集素染色同正常组织.不典型增生的凝集素染色有明显差异,尤其是重度不典型增生的染色改变,在多数情况下同癌的改变.WGA的染色在正常仓鼠颊囊上皮与正常人的口腔上皮相似,WGA在不同病变组织中呈现不同的染色图像,说明WGA可作为口腔癌前损害监测和癌的恶性程度分级指标:RCA、UEA、DBA和BSL在不同病变组织中的动态变化均说明,凝集素受体的异常表达是组织不良增生的一个指征;凝集素受体的消失是癌变的一个信号.
In this paper, six biotinylated lectins were used to perform histochemical studies on hamster cheek pouch normal epithelium and experimental precancerous lesions and carcinomas. The results showed that: normal hamster cheek pouch epithelial cells were positive for 5 kinds of lectin staining, but in different layers of epithelial staining; staining of 5 lesions found that hyperkeratotic lectin staining with normal tissue. There were significant differences in agglutinin staining of atypical hyperplasia, especially staining changes of severe dysplasia, in most cases the same changes in cancer. The staining of WGA in normal hamster cheek pouch epithelium is similar to that of normal human oral epithelium. WGA shows different stained images in different lesions, indicating that WGA can be used as oral cancer pre-invasive monitoring and malignant grade index of cancer: RCA, UEA, The dynamic changes of DBA and BSL in different lesions all indicate that the abnormal expression of lectin receptor is an indication of dysplasia of tissue; the disappearance of lectin receptor is a signal of canceration.
