目的:研究敦煌医方四时常服方对镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能的影响。方法:将6组大鼠按照第一组(空白对照组)腹腔注射0.9%NaCl,其余五组(模型组、乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组)均腹腔注射0.1%氯化镉,1.5mg/kg注射(相当于1.5mL/kg),每周5次,共5周。染毒的同时,分别给予相应干预,乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片溶液(5.4mg/mL)1mL/100g、四时常服方各种剂量(2.6g/mL,中1.3g/mL,低0.65g/mL)1mL/100g灌胃治疗,每天1次,连续5周。最后一次注射后,取血检测。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清钙(Ca~(2+))、磷(P)、骨钙素显著降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组大鼠血清钙、磷、骨钙素(OC)显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)、尿素氮(BUN)显著升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b、尿素氮显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四时常服方对于镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能具有一定的修复作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Dunhuang Medicine Sishifu serving Prescription on bone and kidney function in cadmium-exposed rats. Methods: Six rats were injected intraperitoneally with 0.9% NaCl in the first group (blank control group), and the other five groups (model group, acetylcysteine group, Cadmium chloride, 1.5mg / kg injection (equivalent to 1.5mL / kg), 5 times a week for 5 weeks. At the same time, the corresponding interventions were given respectively. The dosage of acetylcysteine effervescent tablets (5.4mg / mL) was 1mL / 100g, and the dosage was 2.6g / mL, 1.3g / mL and 0.65 g / mL) 1mL / 100g gavage treatment, 1 day, for 5 weeks. After the last injection, take a blood test. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the levels of Ca (2+), P (P) and osteocalcin in model group were significantly lower than those in the blank control group (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the levels of serum calcium, phosphorus and osteocalcin (OC) in the acetylcysteine group and the four groups were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the levels of ALP, TRACP-5b and BUN in the model group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) .Compared with the model group, serum ALT, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b and urea nitrogen in the acetylcysteine group and the four groups were significantly lower (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion: Sihushifu decoction can repair bone and kidney in cadmium-exposed rats.
