由全国政协教科文卫体委员会,中国民主建国会中央委员会共同主办的进一步推动风险投资事业发展高层研讨会于1999年4月18日在北京全国政协礼常隆重召开。会议由科技部副部长徐冠华主持。来自政府相关部门、科技界、企业界、理论界的100多位代表出席会议并就我国风险投资发展的现状,存在的问题及对策等展开了热烈的讨论。会上,全国人大常委会副委员长、民建中央主席成思危首先就风险投资应具备的基本条件等作了一个简短的介绍,最后就我国发展风险投资事业提出
The High-level Seminar on Further Promoting the Development of Venture Capital Co-sponsored by the CPPCC National Committee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Central Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the Central Committee of the CPPCC held a grand ceremony in Beijing on April 18, 1999, at the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Xu Guanhua, vice minister of science and technology. More than 100 representatives from relevant government departments, science and technology circles, business circles and theorists attended the conference and discussed lively the status quo, existing problems and countermeasures of venture capital in China. At the meeting, Cheng Siwei, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, made a brief introduction on the basic conditions for venture capital investment.
