20世纪中叶 ,非洲殖民地人民终于挣脱了殖民统治 ,赢得了民族独立。 1 963年非洲统一组织的成立 ,为非洲国家树起了团结战斗 ,争取非洲完全独立和解放的旗帜。非统组织在其 39年的光辉历程中 ,实现了非洲的独立和解放 ,捍卫了国家独立、主权和领土完整 ,维护了非洲国家的团结与和平 ,促进了非洲经济一体化进程 ,为在 2 0 0 2年 7月建立非洲联盟奠定了坚实的基础。
By the middle of the 20th century, the colonial peoples of Africa finally broke free from colonial rule and won their national independence. The founding of the Organization of African Unity in 1963 set the banner for the African countries in uniting and fighting for the complete independence and liberation of Africa. During its 39 years of glory, the OAU has realized the independence and liberation of Africa, defended the country’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, upheld the unity and peace of African countries and promoted the process of economic integration in Africa, The establishment of the African Union in July 2002 laid a solid foundation.
