转换企业经营机制是增强企业活力,把企业推向市场,建立社会主义市场经济体制的关键所在。在这个过程中,人们已经普遍认识到,要使企业真正朝着“四自”方向发展,原来那种企业是行政机关附属物的状况再也不能继续下去了。但人们往往忽略这么一个现实。即在传统的计划经济体制下,企业不但成了行政的附属物,而且企业本身同样有着浓厚的行政化色彩。特别是由原某一主管部门脱胎而来的集团公司更是残存着许多行政化的痕迹,实际上成了一种行政性集团。这不但影响着企业走向市场,而且也阻碍着企业的扩张和发展,不利于超巨型的有竞争力的企业集团的产生和形成。因此,在实行政企分开的同时,要淡化企业的行政化色彩,就必须建立起适应市场经济发展的企业集团经营模式。纵观当代经济的发展,大致有如下三种企业集团经营模式值得我们参考。一、以资本为纽带,组建投资控股型企业集团投资控股型企业集团是以实力雄厚、效益良好、信誉卓著的投资公司为核心企业,利用资本以追逐利润为目的的本性,

Looking at the development of the contemporary economy, there are roughly the following three types of business groups that are worth our reference. 1.
