学生党员全程化培养是实现学生党员全过程、全方位教育培养的重要依靠,其特点具有系统性、针对性、连续性和发展性。坚持党员全程化培养的理论依据来源于中国共产党求真务实的学习观、马克思主义关于人的自由和全面发展理论、教育学中关于人的终身教育理论。实现党员全程化培养,要加强专题培训,夯卖理论基础;加强日常管理,实现常态考核;融入实践教育,增强奉献意识。
The full-fledged training of student party members is an important basis for realizing the whole process of student party members and all-round education and training. Its characteristics are systematic, specific, continuous and developmental. The theoretical basis for upholding the full-scale cultivation of party members comes from the pragmatic view of learning of the Communist Party of China, the Marxist theory of human freedom and all-round development, and the theory of human lifelong education in pedagogy.
