改革开放二十多年来，中国粮食流通体制从过去的单一计划经济模式到目前基本的市场经济体制发生了巨大的变化，粮食由过去的计划购销到现在的市场销售，国家定购粮数字越来越小，２００１年已经有八个省（市）实行粮食购销市场化。看来寻求新的粮食产销模式已经被提到议事日程
Since the reform and opening up for more than 20 years, the grain distribution system in China has undergone tremendous changes from the single planned economy model in the past to the basic market economy system. Grain has been purchased and sold in the past from the planned plan to the present market. In 2001, eight provinces (cities) implemented the market-oriented purchase and sale of grain. It seems that the quest for a new model of food production and marketing has been put on the agenda
