国家中医药管理局颁发的《医疗机构中药饮片质量管理办法(试行)》第一章第四条指出:“医疗机构的中药饮片质量管理,是确保医疗机构中医临床疗效的重要环节,是发挥中医优势,为人民健康服务的重要工作,各医疗机构必须高度重视,树立饮片质量第一的观念。”然而,由于中药来源的特殊性,加上社会主义市场经济体制刚建立,法制尚不完善,部分中药经营者的营利目的性太强,导致中药饮片质量严重滑坡,已使广大中医药工作者痛心疾首。笔者接受多年
