从1980年开始,我厂就从以外延为主的基本建设转向以内涵为主的技术改造阶段。在“六五”和“七五”期间,对热加工、焊接及冷加工系统进行了初步改造、企业开始由粗放型经营向集约型经营转变。现就我厂的技术改造分几个方面加以介绍。一、工艺装备落后,与产品上等级不相适应我厂是我国较大的重型机器制造厂之一。主要生产轧钢、冶金、锻压、矿山、水利、建材、石油、化工等大型成套、成台设备,以及电站大型铸锻件、航空模锻件、工矿配件、减速器等产品。我厂从1958年开工建设,经过初建、缓建、续建,于1971年全面投入生产。70年代,生产了
