党的十七届六中全会提出了文化单位改革发展战略决策。报刊转制作为文化单位改革的重要组成部分,面临空前的机遇和挑战。应抓住机遇创新体制机制,积极整合资源,利用高新技术平台进行流程再造,并用足各种优惠政策,以谋求发展空间的最大化。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic decision on the reform and development of cultural units. As an important part of the reform of cultural units, the transformation of newspapers and periodicals is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. We should seize the opportunity to innovate institutional mechanisms, actively integrate resources, make use of high and new technology platforms for process reengineering, and use various preferential policies to maximize the development space.
