本文研究和比较活动期和愈合期十二指肠溃疡（ＤＵ）患者及其ＨＰ根除前后胃粘膜一氧化氮合成酶（ＮＯＳ）活性。３０例ＤＵ胃窦粘膜ＮＯＳ活性及胃体粘膜ＮＯＳ活性分别是对照组胃窦和胃体的１．７５倍和１．８４倍（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２７例ＨＰ阳性ＤＵ胃窦粘膜ＮＯＳ活性是６例ＨＰ阳性对照胃窦粘膜ＮＯＳ活性的１．６倍（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２８例愈合期ＤＵ胃窦与胃体粘膜ＮＯＳ活性较治疗前明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），并接近对照组水平（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果提示，ＤＵ患者胃粘膜活性明显增高，其增高与ＨＰ感染无直接关系，ＮＯ在ＤＵ发病过程中的作用尚不清楚。
In this paper, we investigated and compared gastric mucosal nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in active and healing duodenal ulcers (DU) and their HP eradication. The gastric mucosal NOS activity and mucosal NOS activity in 30 cases of DU gastric antrum were 1.75 times and 1.84 times higher than those in the control group respectively (P <0.05). The NOS activity of mucosa in 27 cases of positive DU gastric antrum was 1.6 times (P <0.05) the activity of NOS of 6 cases of positive control gastric mucosa in HP. The NOS activity in DU gastric antrum and gastric mucosa of 28 patients during the healing phase was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05), and close to the control group (P> 0.05). The results suggest that DU patients gastric mucosal activity was significantly increased, its increased HP infection is not directly related to the role of NO in the pathogenesis of DU is unclear.
