目前我国投资银行业的发展进度较慢,其作用还没有完全显现出来。文章认为法律、政策以及外部环境对投资银行的发展有一定的限制作用,在一定程度上制约其更好地发展,其中法治环境是影响我国投资银行投资的重中之重。对于投资银行来说,法治环境看似是远离金融市场边缘,实质上与投资银行的投资效率和投资效果有着密不可分的关系。因此,通过分析法治环境对于投资银行的影响可以剖析我国投资银行目前面临的问题,并找到有针对性的对策。
At present, the development progress of China’s investment banking is relatively slow, and its role has not yet been completely revealed. The article holds that law, policy and external environment have a certain restrictive effect on the development of investment banks, which to some extent restricts its development. The environment of law and order is the most important factor which affects the investment of China’s investment banks. For investment banks, the rule of law environment appears to be far away from the edge of the financial markets, which is in fact closely related to the investment efficiency and investment effect of investment banks. Therefore, by analyzing the influence of legal environment on investment banks, we can analyze the current problems faced by investment banks in our country and find out the corresponding countermeasures.
