目的了解许昌市各级医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,找出存在的问题,为制定医院感染防控措施提供依据。方法采用现场抽样和检测方法,对许昌市区各级医疗机构消毒工作状况和质量进行了检测。结果共采样2 367份,合格2 143份,平均总合格率90.54%,2008-2010年合格率分别为88.90%、89.98%和92.35%,呈逐年递增趋势;不同级别医疗机构中,市级、二级、一级医疗机构合格率分别为93.65%、90.29%和87.20%;不同监测项目中,一次性医疗用品合格率最高,为99.72%,使用中消毒剂合格率最低,为84.86%。结论许昌市各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较好,但使用中消毒剂合格率较低,污染严重,需要加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the effect of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Xuchang City to find out the existing problems and provide the basis for the establishment of prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection. Methods By field sampling and testing methods, the status and quality of disinfection work of medical institutions at all levels in Xuchang were tested. Results A total of 2 367 samples were obtained, of which 2 143 were eligible, with an average total passing rate of 90.54%. The pass rates in 2008 and 2010 were 88.90%, 89.98% and 92.35%, respectively, showing an increasing trend year by year. Among different levels of medical institutions, The qualified rate of secondary and primary medical institutions was 93.65%, 90.29% and 87.20% respectively. Among the different monitoring items, the qualified rate of disposable medical products was the highest, reaching 99.72%. The lowest passing rate of disinfectants was 84.86%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Xuchang is generally good, but the pass rate of disinfectants in use is low and the pollution is serious, so the supervision and management need to be strengthened.
