中国电子商务的发展经历过一段短暂的喧嚣和浮躁期,也许这一现象一直到今日仍在延续。国内与国际互联网企业的发展是密不可分的。在始创之时,国内的电子商务企业几乎无一例外的以发达国家的成功企业为样本,试图将其成功轨迹在中国进行复制。事实证明单纯的照搬是不可行的。任何外来文化都摆脱不了本土化的命运,能适应具体环境生存发展的企业才能成为中国电子商务的未来支柱。生存和发展,于每一类企业都是一个永远的命题。宏观上每一企业所关心的问题大致相同,但在微观层面来看,我们会根据具体的行业类型和企业流程来采用不同的管理手段。本文试图对国内的C2C企业目前运营现状作一分析,对其在物流环节上如何降低成本,创造利润提出有效建议。
The development of e-commerce in China has experienced a short period of hustle and bustle, maybe this phenomenon is still continuing today. Domestic and international Internet companies are inextricably linked. At the time of its founding, the domestic e-commerce companies almost invariably took successful enterprises in developed countries as a sample to try to copy their successful tracks in China. Facts have proved that a simple copy is not feasible. Any foreign culture can not get rid of the fate of localization. Enterprises that can adapt to the concrete environment and survive and develop can become the future pillar of China’s e-commerce. Survival and development are always propositions for every type of enterprise. At the macro level, every business cares about the same issues, but at the micro level, we use different management tools based on specific industry types and business processes. This article tries to make an analysis of the current operation status of domestic C2C enterprises and put forward effective suggestions on how to reduce costs and create profits in the logistics chain.
