随着社会经济的发展,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,一个科学的战略营销管理体系对于企业利益的扩大化有着十分重要的作用。营销是企业运作活动的重要组成部分,是企业将生产活动转化为经济利益实施环节。当前,一部分企业实施营销活动时,过分的看重眼下利益,却并没有理清营销活动、企业发展、企业利益等与市场发展之间的关系,有很多企业都存在营销额上涨但销售利润空间和实际利益却不断被压缩的问题。文章主要讨论的就是关于企业战略管理营销支撑体系建设方面的问题,通过改善企业的营销支撑体系,使企业处于最佳的市场运行状态。
