古代陶瓷的出现,是人类历史上的一大进步。我国的陶瓷文明史已有上千年,并且窑口地域分布广泛,资源丰富。日用陶瓷主要是指陶瓷的餐饮类容器,既具有重要的本质意义——功能,又具备一定的审美形式。民族性对日用陶瓷的设计风格、设计理念等产生重要的影响,从原始先民起居方式与陶器器型的设计,到中华民族不断发展的茶文化与茶具造型的演变,都说明了民族性与陶瓷设计之间的密切关系。文章主要探讨了民族性对日用陶瓷设计的影响。
