为缓解日益突出的城市停车问题,在建筑后退空间较大的情况下,可融合建筑后退空间和人行道空间,合理设置路侧停车泊位。本文充分领会完整街道理念(com plete streets)对以车为本的传统街道进行反思和修正,兼顾道路的交通功能和生活空间功能,同时考虑消防通道等方面因素,对路侧空间进行功能分类整合,提出将停车泊位和车辆出入通道等交通功能空间靠近道路设置,将人行道和盲道等生活功能空间结合临街建筑物设置,尽可能的做到人和车的交通流线分离。在此基础上,文章结合西宁市西关大街海一大厦道路停车场改造工程项目进行了实例研究。
In order to alleviate the increasingly prominent problem of urban parking, in the case of large building backroom space, the space for building backspace and sidewalks may be merged to set a reasonable parking space for roadsides. This article fully comprehends how com plete streets reconsider and revise the traditional car-based streets, take into account the traffic functions and living space functions of the roads, and at the same time take into consideration of the fire exits and other factors to classify and integrate functions of the roadside space Proposed parking spaces and vehicle access and other traffic functions close to the road setting space, the sidewalk and blinds and other living space combined with street buildings, as far as possible to achieve separation of traffic flow between people and cars. On this basis, the article has carried on the case study with the road parking lot reconstruction project of Haiyi Building, Xiguan Street, Xining City.
