客运枢纽创新发展的三个指导原则是什么?我们能否得到一些客运枢纽筹资建设与运营的有益建议?关于多站式客运枢纽运营体制改革,应该怎么干最有效?欲知答案,请阅本文。近年来,我国公路客运枢纽总体规模、连通程度和覆盖范围上有了很大进步,为促进经济社会发展提供了强有力的保障。但与人民群众的出行需求相比、与发达国家的先进水平相比,还存在较大差距。本文通过对当前我国公路客运枢纽规划、建设和运营现状分析,总结江苏南部无锡、苏州等地的公路客运枢纽建设与管理经验,并分析存在的问题、进而提出创新发展的建议。
What are the three guiding principles for the innovation and development of the passenger terminal? Can we get some useful suggestions for financing the construction and operation of the passenger terminal? How should we do the most effective work on the reform of the operation system of the multi-terminal passenger terminal? . In recent years, great progress has been made in the overall scale, connectivity and coverage of China’s road passenger transport hub, providing a strong guarantee for promoting economic and social development. However, compared with the travel demand of the people, there is still a big gap compared with the advanced level of the developed countries. Based on the analysis of the current status of the planning, construction and operation of the highway passenger transport hubs in our country, this paper summarizes the experience of construction and management of highway passenger transport hubs in Wuxi and Suzhou in the south of Jiangsu Province, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward proposals for innovation and development.
