基于斜率非球面度的非球面最接近比较球面定义

为了准确表征非球面偏离球面的程度, 并适用非球面检测技术, 提出了采用斜率非球面来定义非球面最接近比较球面。分析了最小最大斜率非球面度相关与计算全息板的加工难度及非球面检测难度, 并有利于减小激光束偏转法的测量误差。根据定义推导了最接近比较球面计算模型, 分析了不同比较球面下的斜率非球面度分布、不同非球面的最接近比较球面位置、非球面参数对计算结果的影响及各种非球面度定义下的最接近比较球面。结果表明, 不同非球面的最接近比较球面球心为非球面0.85~0.87口径法线与光轴的交点, 从而优化了计算过程。定义求得的最接近比较球面不同于现有各种方法, 是适应非球面检测需求的。
