血栓素A_2(TxA_2)和前列环素(PGI_2)发现已10多年,它们在心肺疾病中的作用研究较多,在肺癌中的作用研究较少。本文采用放免法同时测定12例肺癌患者血浆和支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)液中TxA_2和PGI_2的水解产物TxB_2和6-酮-PGF_1a的含量来观察TxA_2和PGI_2的变化,探讨TxB_2和6-酮-PGF_1a对肺癌的诊断价值。
The thromboxane A 2 (TxA 2) and prostacyclin (PGI 2) have been discovered for more than 10 years. Their role in cardiopulmonary diseases is more researched and their role in lung cancer is less studied. In this article, radioimmunoassay was used to simultaneously determine TxB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1a levels of TxA_2 and PGI_2 hydrolysates in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluids from 12 patients with lung cancer to observe changes in TxA_2 and PGI_2, and to explore TxB_2 and 6-ketotones.
