利用搅拌摩擦加工法制备了碳纳米管增强AZ80镁基复合材料,对所制备的该复合材料热膨胀性能进行了研究。结果显示,MWCNTs/AZ80复合材料的热膨胀系数比退火态AZ80镁合金试样及搅拌摩擦加工后的AZ80试样有所减小,这说明MWCNTs的加入可有效减小基体材料的热膨胀系数。随MWCNTs体积分数增加,该复合材料的线膨胀系数呈减小的趋势。后续热处理对MWCNTs/AZ80复合材料的热膨胀系数也有影响,退火和固溶时效处理均可降低该复合材料的热膨胀系数。
The friction stir processing method was used to prepare carbon nanotube reinforced AZ80 magnesium matrix composites, and the thermal expansion properties of the prepared composites were studied. The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of MWCNTs / AZ80 composite is lower than that of annealed AZ80 magnesium alloy sample and AZ80 sample after friction stir processing, which shows that the addition of MWCNTs can effectively reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of the matrix material. With the increase of volume fraction of MWCNTs, the linear expansion coefficient of the composites shows a decreasing trend. Subsequent heat treatment also has an influence on the thermal expansion coefficient of MWCNTs / AZ80 composites. Annealing and solution aging treatment can reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of the composites.
