目的:选择玉叶金花提取液对动物模型进行抗炎、抑菌作用研究分析。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组、阳性对照组和玉叶金花提取液高、中、低剂量组(24,12,6 g·kg-1)灌胃给药,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球肉芽肿、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀等炎症模型,以及体外抑菌实验,评价玉叶金花提取液的抗炎、抑菌作用。结果:玉叶金花提取液明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)、大鼠棉球肉芽肿以及大鼠足跖肿胀的形成(P<0.05);玉叶金花提取液对多种致病菌均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。其半数抑菌浓度(MIC50)金黄色葡萄球菌0.95μg·mL-1、大肠埃希菌0.75μg·mL-1、肺炎球菌0.65μg·mL-1、链球菌0.50μg·mL-1、痢疾杆菌0.25μg·mL-1。结论:玉叶金花提取液对急慢性炎症有明显的抑制及体外抑菌作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterium effects of Juglans Regiae extract on animal models. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into control group, positive control group and Juglans nigra extract high, medium and low dose groups (24,12,6 g · kg-1) intragastric administration, using xylene-induced mouse ear Swollen, swollen granuloma, carrageenan induced rat paw edema and other inflammatory models, as well as in vitro antibacterial experiments to evaluate the anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic effect of the extract of Jade Leaf Golden Flower. Results: The extract of Juglans Regia obviously inhibited the auricle swelling (P <0.05), the formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats and the formation of paw edema in rats (P <0.05) Obvious inhibition (P <0.05). The MIC50 of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.95μg · mL-1, Escherichia coli was 0.75μg · mL-1, pneumococcus was 0.65μg · mL-1, Streptococcus 0.50μg · mL-1, 0.25μg · mL-1. CONCLUSION: The extract of Juglans Regia has obvious inhibitory effect on acute and chronic inflammation and antibacterial activity in vitro.
