In this study, noradrenaline NA was used to make animal models of microcirculatory disturbance in cremaster muscle of rats. The effect of tetramethylpyrazine was observed from the perspective of microvascular diameter change. The results showed that the tetramethylpyrazine group (tetramethylpyrazine + NA) was static. Note: Ligustrazine has inhibitory effects on the microvasculature contraction induced by perfusion of NA surface, and can expand the diameter of the microvessels. Grade 1 branch arteries (A_1) and grade 2 branch veins (V_1) were compared with control group 1 at NA perfusion concentrations of 1.0×10 -5 - 1.0×10 -3 mol/L. The group (NA) and the second control group (NA + physiological saline) all had very significant differences (P <0.01), showing that the tetramethylpyrazine has a more positive effect on microcirculation.
