汽车支撑座零件结构形状复杂、成形精度要求高,用传统的坯料展开法和成形极限法很难准确确定坯料的形状尺寸以及判断一次成形是否出现拉裂。因此,通过采用板料冲压成形数值模拟软件Dynaform进行支撑座零件的冲压成形工艺模拟分析,进而确定坯料的形状尺寸以及判断一次成形是否出现拉裂。并对冲压工艺方案、排样图及模具结构进行了优化设计。最后,对汽车支撑座零件进行冲压成形工艺试验,试验结果表明,冲压成形的支撑座零件质量符合要求,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。
The components of automobile support seat are complicated in shape and high in forming precision. It is difficult to accurately determine the shape and size of the blank by using the traditional blank spreading method and the forming limit method, and to judge whether there is a crack in the primary forming. Therefore, the numerical simulation software Dynaform of sheet metal stamping was used to simulate the stamping process of the support base parts, and then to determine the shape and size of the blank and determine whether there is a crack in the first forming. And the stamping process program, layout drawings and mold structure optimized design. Finally, the stamping process of automobile support parts is carried out. The test results show that the quality of stamping support parts meets the requirements, which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
