通过组织分离法从苹果抗性资源东北黄海棠的树皮中筛选对苹果树腐烂病有拮抗作用的内生细菌。采用平板对峙法检测,其中内生细菌HFn3对苹果树腐烂病病菌的抑制力较强,抑制率达50.33%;室内离体枝条生物测定结果表明,内生细菌HFn3对苹果树腐烂病病菌的抑制率达84.35%;田间药效试验结果表明,内生细菌HFn3对苹果树腐烂病有一定的控制作用,春季刮除病皮后涂抹HFn3细菌悬浮液原液,当年秋季和第2年春季调查,防效分别为67.48%和34.96%,且对病斑愈合有较好的促进作用。
