以3个不同杏品种为对象,研究了它们不同器官的抗寒性能。通过对各杏树品种不同低温及低温持续时间下的抗寒性能比较,表明沙金红杏树品种在抗寒性能上明显优于山黄杏和金荷包两个杏树品种。研究结果还表明,3个杏树品种花蕾的抗寒性大于花瓣。此外,不同低温处理下,过氧化物酶(POD)活性与抗寒性关系的研究结果则表明,沙金红杏树品种的POD酶活性一直保持高于其他两杏树品种的水平。
Three different apricot cultivars were used to study the cold resistance of different organs. The comparison of the cold resistance of apricot under different low temperature and low temperature showed that the frost resistance of the apricot is better than that of the two apricot trees. The results also show that three apricot varieties of flower buds cold resistance is greater than the petals. In addition, the results of the study on the relationship between peroxidase (POD) activity and cold resistance under different low temperature treatments showed that the POD enzyme activity of the apricot of Shajin was always higher than that of the other two apricot varieties.
