随着城市化进程的不断加快,我国的建筑业也得到了迅猛的发展,并且建筑工程项目管理也更加完善和科学。工程造价管理是建筑工程现代管理的重要方法,对工程建筑成本支出以及建筑企业的经济效益都有直接的关系。但是目前在建筑工程造价管理中还存在一些问题,影响了工程造价管理效能的发挥。基于此,论文从建筑工程造价管理的现状出发,分析其中存在的问题,并且提出具体的改进措施,以供参考。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, China’s construction industry has also been rapid development, and construction project management is also more complete and scientific. Project cost management is an important method for modern management of construction projects. It has a direct relationship with the cost of construction projects and the economic benefits of construction companies. However, there are still some problems in the construction project cost management, which affects the effectiveness of project cost management. Based on this, the thesis starts from the status quo of construction project cost management, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward specific improvement measures for reference.
