对现代人来说,每天保持肠道通畅,似乎越来越困难了。解不出的痛苦自不必说,宿便堆积在肠道里,不断产生毒气、毒素,造成肠胃功能紊乱,内分泌失调,睡眠差,精神紧张等,这些“后遗症”更让人苦恼。因此,我们应积极了解有关便秘的知识,重视便秘的防与治。
It seems to be getting more and more difficult for the modern people to keep their intestines open every day. Needless to say, there is no need to say the pain that can not be solved. The stool accumulates in the intestine and the poisonous gas and toxins are constantly produced, resulting in gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders, poor sleep and mental stress. These “sequelae” are more distressing. Therefore, we should actively understand the knowledge of constipation, emphasis on prevention and treatment of constipation.
