目的:探究零缺陷服务理念在患者手术护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:对在浙江省丽水市中心医院进行手术的150例患者进行研究,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者将零缺陷服务理念应用到护理质量管理中。比较分析两组患者护理缺陷发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:对照组患者护理缺陷发生12例,观察组患者3例。对照组患者护理缺陷发生率明显高于观察组,P<0.05。对照组患者的护理满意度为83.65%,观察组患者的护理满意度为95.30%。对照组患者的护理满意度明显低于观察组,P<0.05。结论:零缺陷服务理念在患者手术护理质量管理中的临床效果显著,能够有效减少护理缺陷的发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of zero defect service concept in the quality management of patients’ surgical nursing. Methods: A total of 150 patients undergoing surgery in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were studied and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and patients in the observation group applied the zero-defect service concept to nursing quality management. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with nursing defects and nursing satisfaction. Results: There were 12 cases of nursing defects and 3 cases of observation group in the control group. The incidence of nursing defects in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, P <0.05. In the control group, the satisfaction rate of nursing was 83.65% and that of the observation group was 95.30%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, P <0.05. Conclusion: The concept of zero defect service has significant clinical effect in the quality management of surgical nursing, which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve patient satisfaction.
