采用静力加载的方法,对活动房屋骨架与活动房整体的框架内力及变形进行雪荷载试验。通过对两者的弯矩、竖向位移以及水平位移的比较,验证了铺设面板后的整体房屋存在蒙皮效应。并利用框架与蒙皮板的相对柔度,定量地计算了蒙皮板与框架各自承担荷载的大小。比较了试验、理论分析与有限元模型得到的水平位移,提出按英国应力蒙皮设计规范的方法计算本房屋荷载误差较大。同时对集中荷载下整体结构的性能进行了研究。
The static load method is adopted to carry out snow load test on the frame internal forces and deformations of the movable house skeleton and the movable house as a whole. By comparing the bending moments, vertical displacements and horizontal displacements of the two panels, it is verified that there is a skin effect in the whole house after laying the panel. And by using the relative flexibility between the frame and the skin plate, the respective loads of the skin plate and the frame are quantitatively calculated. Comparing the experimental, theoretical analysis with the horizontal displacement obtained from the finite element model, it is proposed that the error of the load of the house should be calculated according to the British stress skin design code. At the same time, the performance of the whole structure under concentrated load was studied.
