掘进机液压油实时监控系统的设计与研究

实践表明掘进机液压系统的大部分故障是由于液压油的污染造成。目前我国掘进机液压油的监测都是通过抽取油样,送检实验室,这种方法时效性和准确性差,所设计和研究的液压油实时监控系统,是国内首次掘进机可以快速准确地对液压油的黏度、水分、清洁度、温度和液位进行实时监控,将结果直观地在机载显示器上显示和报警,并通过矿井局域网上传到矿井指挥中心,具有极大的推广潜力。 Practice shows that most of the breakdown of hydraulic system of roadheader is caused by the pollution of hydraulic oil. At present, the hydraulic oil monitoring of roadheading machine in our country is all through the sampling of oil samples and submitting to the laboratory. The timeliness and accuracy of this method are poor. The hydraulic oil real-time monitoring system designed and researched is the first time in China that the boring machine can be used quickly and accurately Hydraulic oil viscosity, moisture, cleanliness, temperature and liquid level real-time monitoring, the results visually displayed on the airborne display and alarm, and through the mine LAN uploaded to the command center, has great potential for promotion.
