食管胃吻合口瘘是食管癌贲门癌手术最严重的并发症和主要死亡原因。我们自1976～1986年手术治疗食管癌贲门癌62例,其中切除56例,90%为中晚期,全部行食管胃吻合术,未发生吻合口瘘及死亡病例。现将我们的体会介绍如下。一、临床资料本组62例中,男53例,女9例;年龄33～74岁。贲门癌34例,食管下段癌20例,中段7例,上 Esophagogastrostomy fistula is the most serious complication and the main cause of death in esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery. From 1976 to 1986, we performed surgery for 62 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers, of which 56 cases were resections, 90% were in the middle and late stages, all had esophageal and gastric anastomosis, and no anastomotic leakage or death occurred. Now we introduce our experience as follows. First, the clinical data of 62 patients in this group, 53 males and 9 females; aged 33 to 74 years old. There were 34 cases of cardiac cancer, 20 cases of lower esophageal cancer and 7 cases of middle esophageal cancer.
