九十年代以来 ,我国先后颁布实施了四部规范政府行为的行政法律。它们的实施不仅对保护公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益 ,而且对促进依法治国、依法行政都有重要意义。但是这四部法律的某些条款由于语言表达上不够规范 ,某种程度上影响对法律的正确理解和实施。本文拟对这四部法律中的部分语病分类作一些解析 ,以提高我国的立法水平 ,推进我国依法治国的进程。
Since the nineties, our country has enacted and implemented four administrative laws that regulate government behavior. Their implementation is of great significance not only for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, but also for promoting the administration of the country according to law and the administration according to law. However, some provisions of these four laws are not sufficiently regulated in language and affect to some extent the correct understanding and implementation of the law. This article intends to analyze some of the four categories of language diseases in order to improve the level of legislation in our country and promote the process of governing the country according to law.
